Feels like death. Death I tell you! That pungent smell that floats across the room, boredom. Sheering into my flesh so slowly that even if I screamed, it couldn't possibly save me.
Get me outa here!
Ekkh..This window here is the only portal to the outside world for now. Shuddap la, just let me complain.
Anyway, I watched "The Kill" music video today and I think I might have just unraveled the weird and confusing storyline.
The song is about losing your mind. How do I know this? Jerad Leto told me so, yes he did. Jealous much?!
Uh. So I'm gonna basically tell you what's the video about if you haven't watched it.
The music video shows the band exploring a hotel which they have rented out. A letter from the hotel owner tells the band to "Enjoy your stay and please stay out of Room 6277." Well, who in the world listens to instructions in movies or in this case, music videos right? They ignored the warning and ventured into..
Room 6277. Dum dum dum!
Following the opening of the door, each band member begins to experience the effects of the room. You know at the start of the video Jerad said 'there's not gonna be a single f*cking soul.' But what do you know, the hotel is filled with twins.. in tuxedos!
The video reaches its climax when the tuxedoed band mates are shown performing the song in the hotel's ballroom in front of a crowd of elegantly dressed crowd dancing with themselves.
Doesn't it all make sense now?Probably not, but atleast I understand it :p
And did you know..
The number 6277 is used for the room number because it spells out "Mars" on a telephone keypad.
Hah.Classic.
