BOO! It's father's day.

Beware the stare of Mary Shaw,
She had no children,only dolls.

Yuck. D grade movie with minimum special effects. Story was poorly constructed and was a bore at some point. It probably would have been enjoyable in the 80's but too bad we're in the 21st century.Overall the movie was like a half boiled egg, undone and not prepared well. At the top of the poster, it reads "From the writers,directors and the producers of 'SAW'." One word..WHhhhhat?

But end of the story was alright la,actually made me thought about it. I'm not a critic, just a little bit ;)

So for those who don't know, today's Father's Day. Have you done anything nice for your old man?If you haven't, then what are you waiting for? Perhaps your relationship with your dad isn't the best, well why not have a chit chat with your dad and relive that connection you once had or lost.


Here's a poem I wrote last year. It's for all the diaper changing,workaholic and computer playing dads(don't be surprised) out there.

You've brought me here to live and learn,
From my mistakes and to thrive for what I yearned.
You've seen me take my first steps and falls,
And picked me up from my feet to stand tall.
Your ways to make me laugh with pick-a-boos,
Trained me well to use the loo.(hehe)
Taught me life's good and bad,
He's what I call my number one Dad!

As the sands of time slips away,
Our lives became seperate with each passing day.
The hours of bonding were replaced with work,
We passed each other without a glance or a look.
Under the roof with different thoughts,
Neglect the true things in life that you've already got.
Despite the rough times we've had.
He's still what I call my number one Dad!

Daddy, watch me tonight and hear me sing,
You can't miss this,not a single thing.
It's been too long since u watch your little girl shine,
Enough of excuses and lies,tonight is the time.
Daddy, I see the sparkle in your glistening eyes,

These written words are here to glorify.

I hope you'll know very well that I'm glad,

To have you as my #1 Dad!
