One boy, two girls and a friendship.

Alright. So it's 4 in the morning and I can't seem to get some shut eye. My body hasn't been getting the efficient rest as it should be getting, its deteriorating.

Well anyway, I went for a funeral today. Don't worry, it's not even gonna be a depressing post in fact it's quite the opposite. My friend's grandmother passed away and we decided to pay a visit and our respect.

This friend of ours have been out of contact for awhile and it was the first time in a long time since we saw him.

When we did, he looked very much surprised.

He sat us down and made us feel welcomed, then we talked about what we've missed out. The exchange of laughter lifted everyone's spirit as we reminded each other about our primary school days. He never changed one bit.

We teased him about how he used to be such a computer whiz kid and was a bit of geek. He laughed it off but we knew he still is one.

Time flew by and we all had to get going, we bid our farewells and promised to meet up again soon.

Perhaps his entire day was filled with the apologies of strangers and relatives, each one pouring in one after another. Perhaps he didn't have a heavy heart. But I'm sure in one way or another, he wasn't the happiest man alive.

What was suppose to be a day of grieving turned out to be a little less woeful. Sometimes you don't need a huge gift to make someone's day. I'm glad we stopped by cause' we wore a smile at the end.

most of the time, its not all about the approach but the suggestion and gesture.
